左房内径和高敏C反应蛋白与心房颤动的相关性研究

Correlation between serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,left atrial diameter and atrial fibrillation

目的探讨左房内径(LAD)、血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与心房颤动的相关性。方法选取符合本研究标准的房颤患者118例为试验组,窦性心律30例为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量两组的LAD,免疫速率散射比浊法测定hs-CRP含量,并对结果进行比较分析。结果房颤组较对照组LAD明显增大,hs-CRP含量明显增高,且LAD与hs-CRP呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论LAD和hs-CRP与房颤相关,提示心房重构及炎症反应在房颤的发生及持续中起重要作用。

Objective To explore the correlation between left atrial diameter（LAD） ,serum high - sensitivity C - reactive protein（hs - CRP）and atrial fibrillation. Methods 118 cases with atrial fibrillation were selected as experimental group,while 30 cases with sinus rhythm were selected as control group. Color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic equipment was used to measure the left atrial diameter, and immunization rate nephelometry was used to determine hs - CRP level. Results LAD and hs - CRP level were higher in cases with atrial fibrillation than those in cases with sinus rhythm,and there was a positive correlation between LAD and hs - CRP level（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion LAD and hs - CRP are associated with atrial fibrillation. Atrial remodeling and inflammatory response play a very important role in the occurrence and persistence of atrial fibrillation.
