以电导法配合Logistic方程确定香椿种源间抗寒能力 被引量:4

摘要 选择10个种源的香椿为试材,通过低温处理,用电导法测定叶片和茎部相对电导率,用Logistic方程拟合曲线,求出拐点温度即低温半致死温度(LT50),作为评价各种源香椿抗寒能力的参考指标,并对10个种源香椿叶片和茎部的低温半致死温度(LT50)进行比较。结果表明:10个种源香椿抗寒性大小依次为:山东济南、山东荷泽、河南西峡、陕西安康、江苏南京、四川广元、湖南洞口、湖北随州、贵州黔西南、福建霞浦。 Ten Toona sinensis provenances were choosed to be the materials to study the cold resistance. After low tempreture treatment, the relative electrical conductivity (REC)of leaves and stems was measured by electrical conductivity method. The tuming point tempreture (semilethal tempreture LT50)measured by Logistic equation curve was used as the index of cold resistance of all the provenances. The results showed that Jinan of Shandong has the highest cold resistance, and then followed by Heze of Shandong, Xixia of Henan,Ankang of Shaanxi, Nanjing of Jiangsu, Guangyuan of Sichuan, Dongkou of Hunan, Suizhou of Hubei, Qianxinan of Guizhou, Xiapu of Fujian in order.
