钢结构节点有限元模型的动力修改

摘要 在传统相关分析指标—模态比例因子、置信因子以及模态保证因子矩阵进行结构动力修改的基础上,提出了改进的衡量有限元计算模型与试验模型相关关系的相关分析指标—计算模型和试验模型向量余弦因子矩阵。以某钢结构节点为研究对象,结合节点试验模态分析和有限元分析的结果,在计算模型和试验模型向量余弦因子矩阵相关分析指标的基础上,对该节点的有限元计算模型进行了结构动力修改。结果表明,利用计算模型和试验模型向量余弦因子矩阵能够较好地进行结构有限元动态分析模型的动力修改,进行结构动力修改后的有限元模型仿真度得到明显的改善,能更好地反映结构的动态特性。 Under the basis of traditional relevant analysis index such as MSF( Modal Scale Factor), MCF( Modal Confidence Factor )and CMAC ( Coordinate Modal Assurance Criterion ) for structure dynamic modifying,an improved correlation degree index-VCFM (Vector Cosine Factor Matrix)of computational model and experimental model is brought forward. By combining the test result and the computational result using finite element method of a steel structure's joint,structure dynamic modification has been made based on VCFM index. The result indicates that VCFM index could be used to carry through the dynamic modifying of the FEM (Finite Element Model ),simulation credibility of the FEM could be obviously improved after dynamic modifying and the structure's dynamic characteristics could be better reflected.
