超(超)临界循环流化床直流锅炉技术的发展 被引量:24

摘要 当前,发展更大容量和超(超)临界蒸汽参数的CFB锅炉技术必须也必然成为循环流化床技术下一步发展的重要方向。介绍了作为超临界循环流化床技术基础的本生垂直管低质量流直流锅炉技术的特点,并对超临界循环流化床锅炉和超临界煤粉炉进行了比较,认为循环流化床锅炉具有突出的优点,更有利于在超临界蒸汽参数下工作。同时,对波兰建成投产的世界上第1台460 MW超临界循环流化床直流锅炉的设计和运行特性、800 MW超超临界CFB锅炉的研究进展、二氧化碳接近零排放的超临界CFB锅炉的研发进行了介绍。 At present, development of larger capacity circulating fluidized bed (CFB) technology with supercritical/ ultra-supercritical steam parameters will be an important development direction of CFB technology necessarily. This paper introduces the special features of Benson Vertical Tube Once Through Boiler technology, which is the basis of supercritical CFB boiler. A comparison between supercritical CFB boiler and supercritical pulverized coal (PC) fired boiler is also introduced in this paper, in which the outstanding advantages of the low temperature combustion of CFB make CFB boiler be in favor of working at supercritical steam parameters are discussed. Simultaneity, the world first 460 MW supercritical once through CFB boiler installed in Poland and its design and operation performances are introduced. In addition, the progress of R&D for 800 MW ultra-supercritical CFB and the development of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology used for supercritical once CFB are also summarized.
