摘要
对自主研发的平板式光生物反应器和柱状气升式内环流光生物反应器的主要性能参数进行了测定,以纤细角毛藻为培养对象对两者性能进行了综合评价.结果表明:平板式光生物反应器具有高的液体循环速度和相对较小的光衰减程度,更有利于藻体细胞对光的吸收,纤细角毛藻的培养密度和生长速率分别达到6.98×108/mL和1.42/d,并且操作简单、容易放大,适合于微藻的规模化高密度培养;柱状气升式内环流光生物反应器培养效率相对较低,纤细角毛藻的培养密度和生长速率仅为1.52×108/mL和0.935/d,但其培养环境稳定、主要培养参数容易控制,可实现无菌化纯培养,在探索微藻生长动力学、优化微藻培养条件和转基因微藻的培养等方面具有优势.因此在微藻培养时应根据实际的应用目的不同选择适合的光生物反应器.
This paper is intended to comprehensively evaluate the properties of 30L fiat plate photobioreactor and 42L columnar air-lift internal loop photobioreactor. The main parameters of two photobioreactors are determined, and chaetoceros gracilis are cultured for comparing their characteristics. Results indicate that the fiat plate photobioreactor has higher circulation velocity and lower light attenuation degree and could be more beneficial to absorbing light efficiently, and the cell numbers and growth rate of chaetoceros gracilis can reach to 6.98 × 10^8/mL and 1.42/d respectively under favorite culture conditions. Also, it can be used in microalgal high-density culture in large scale. Compared with flat plate photobioreactor, cell numbers and growth rate are only 1.52 × 10^8/mL and 0.935/d respectively in columnar air-lift internal loop photobioreactor, however, the operational factors can be controlled stably, and it could cultivate microalgae under axenic condition. There-fore, this kind of photobioreactor has advantages in research of microalgal growth dynamics and condition optimization. The findings suggest that different types of photobioreactor should be employed to culture microalga based on different application purpose.
