摘要
依据都江堰市1876栋房子的震害调查资料,对多层砌体结构和底框架砌体结构的抗震性能及破坏机理作了分析,提出可供抗震设计参考的建议.比较多层砌体结构与底框架结构的抗震性能,后者稍优于前者,但破坏都很严重.建议在烈度较高的地区,建筑物宜采用钢筋混凝土框架结构.
Based on the damages data of 1876 buildings in Dujiangyan during Wenchuan earthquake, the aseismic behavior and failure mechanism of multistory masonry structure and masonry building with frame structure at lower stories are analyzed and some aseismic design suggestions are presented. Both the two structures are damaged seriously, but the latter is a little better than the former. In the high seismic intensity areas, the building should adopt the reinforced concrete frame structure.
