HPLC法检测萸连缓释片提取液中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Yulianhuanshipian Decoction by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定萸连缓释片提取液中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为迪马Kromasil C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),流动相为乙腈:0.03mol/l磷酸二氢钾=28:72,检测波长为265nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.0296-0.18515μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999950,n=5),平均回收率分别为99.31%、101.17%、100.15%,RSD值分别为1.68%、1.82%、2.79%。结论:本方法操作简便、可靠,可用于萸连缓释片提取液中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。

Conclusion The method issensitive, rapid and accurate for the determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Yulianhuanshipian Decoction.
