摘要
目的:建立乌梅仁中苦杏仁甙含量测定方法。方法用二阶导数光谱法直接测定乌梅仁中苦杏仁甙含量。结果:苦杏仁甙浓度C与振幅D值呈良好线性关系;其回归方程为D=0.081C-0.0007(r=0.9991);平均回收率101.65%、RSD=1.45%。结论:本方法测定乌梅仁中苦杏仁甙的含量,其样品不经分离即可消除背景干扰,操作简单,结果准确。适用于乌梅仁中苦杏仁甙含量测定,并为其质量控制提供理论依据。
Objective To determine the amygdalin content of Fuctus Mume Puerarin. Methods Thesecond - class derivativespectrum method was used to determine the amygdalin content of Fuctus Mume. Results A good linear relationship between concentration of amygdalin and the amplitude of vibration D values, the regression equation was D = O. 081C -0. 0007 (r = 0. 9991 ) , the average recovery was 101.65% and RSD was 1.45 % (n = 6) . Conclusion The method issimple and accurate, and Can be used for determination of Puerarin in Puerarin Eye Drops. This determine method could eliminate the background interference, so thespecimen didnt need to be purified. This method issimple, convenient, high - speed, accurate, and reliabile. The method can be used for assaying of amygdalin in Fuctus Marne and provided a theoretical base for its quality control.
