河边千斤拔的生药学研究

Pharmacognostical Study of Flemingia fluminalis

目的:对河边千斤拔Flemingia fluminalis C.B.Clarke ex Prain的根进行系统生药学研究。方法:采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别的方法进行分析。结果:河边千斤拔植物形态、药材性状、横切面结构均与同属千斤拔其他种植物有明显区别,木栓细胞、晶鞘纤维及条状分泌物可作为其粉末鉴别特征。结论:本研究可为制定药材质量标准,研究和利用该药资源提供理论依据。

Objective： Systematicallystudy the pharmacognotial of the root of Flemingia fluminalis C. B. Clarke ex Prain. Methods： Bysouree identification, material morphology, microscopic characters, physical and chemical identification tostudy Flemingia flu- minalis C. B. Clarke ex Prain. Result： Plant morphology, medicinal properties and cross - section of the Flemingia fluminalis C. B. Clarke ex Prain aresignificanfly different from otherspeeies which belonged to thesame Flemingia. Cork cell, erystalsheath fibers andstripsecretions can be regarded as diagnostic characteristics of its powder. Conclusion： Thisstudy can provide a theoretical basic for making qualitystandard, research and utilization of the resources.
