摘要
介绍了遥控潜水器ROV（RemotlyOperatedVehicle）的发展简历、功能、分类及国内外的发展概况。论述了ROV在海洋油气开发的水下系统中的主要作业内容以及在设计水下系统时如何考虑ROV技术的应用。
The development history of remotely operated vehicles (ROV) is briefly described. The performances of different ROVs, the principal application areas of ROV in off shore petroleum industry and the design requirements of st1bsea system related to ROV inspection are introduced and discussed in this paper.
