2008年的美国次贷危机已演变成全球金融危机,在经济全球化的背景之下,危机不仅使美国和欧洲等西方国家遭受沉痛打击,也让深居内陆的中亚五国经济发展深陷寒冬期。在此背景之下,中国与中亚的经济合作环境有些许变化,在新环境下寻求双方之间合作的新重点,积极拓展中亚市场,展开与中亚合作的新篇章,帮助中亚国家走出困境的同时,确保我国的能源安全,能带来双赢的结果。

U. S. loan crisis gradually evolved into a global financial crisis and made not only U. S. and western countries but the five Central Asian countries heavily hit because of the economic globalization. Against this background, the economic cooperation environment between China and Central Asia had changed,China must seek the new commonground in the new environment,vigorously develop the Central Asia market and start a new cooperation era with these countries while ensuring our energy security at the time of helping the economy of Central Asia out of the doldrums to bring win - win results.
