哈大齐工业走廊建设过程中的瓶颈问题分析

Analysis on the Bottleneck Problems of Building the Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor

2005年,黑龙江省委、省政府提出了建立哈大齐工业走廊的设想,随着哈大齐工业走廊建设的推进,黑龙江省经济呈现出快速增长的势头,但是其本身也暴露出这样或那样的问题,这些问题在一定程度上阻碍了走廊经济的健康发展。文章就是对哈大齐工业走廊建设过程的瓶颈问题进行了分析,并提出了自己的看法。

The provincial party committee and the provincial government of Heilongjiang province put forward the idea of building the Ha - Da - Qi Industrial Corridor in 2005. With the advancement of building the Ha - Da - Qi Industrial Corridor, the economy of Heilongiiang province has been increasing rapidly. However, there also appeared some problems which, to some extent, hindered the sound development of economy in this corridor. This paper is to analyze the bottleneck problems of building the Ha - Da - Qi Industrial Corridor and to put forward author＇s solutions.
