摘要
基于三坐标测量机对空间任意方位被测零件进行测量,建立平面定向公差最小二乘评定的数学模型,并根据新一代产品几何规范(GPS)的不确定度理论,提出了定向误差的不确定度评定方法。该方法不仅符合新一代产品几何规范(GPS)标准的要求,而且保证了平面度检验结果的完整性,从而可以提高工件检验的准确性。
Because of the flexibility and the measurement merits of the random orientation of CMM, the mathematic model of the flatness directional tolerance based on the least square method is given in this paper. The evaluation method of the directional tolerance is put forward according to the new GPS theory. So the evaluation results based on the new method above can not only meet the requirement of the new GPS criterion, but also can guarantee the integrality of the evaluation result of flatness. Thus, the veracity of the evaluation can be improved.
