互联电力系统联络线潮流控制与调整的研究

摘要 提出了一种互联电力系统联络线潮流控制与调整的新方法,虑及电力市场环境中水电厂、火电厂发电供给联络线的功率成本函数的差异性,及追求发电收益最大化的共通性,赋予联络线相关联的不同电厂以适当的关联匹配因子,建立新的区域调度模型。采用含有水火电厂的IEEE-30节点系统对新建模型进行仿真,结果验明了该方法的有效性和实用性。 This paper presents a new method for the power flow control and adjustment on tie-line in inlerconnected power system. Distinguishing differences in correlafivity between hydroelectric power and thermal power contributed to tie-line, and pursuing the optimal cost function of the whole interconnected system under electric power market environments, the units relating to tie-line can be procured in sending and receiving network, and matched with some different correlative coefficients, while the other units are also due to be coordinated with diverse regulating power capacity at the same time. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated on IEEE 30-bus system comprising of hydro and thermal units. The experimental results show that this new method proposed is able to obtain higher quality solutions efficiently than the conventional approaches.
