摘要
介绍了电力系统突发事件的特点与分类,阐述了电力系统应急管理的现状,指出了当前电力应急管理方面存在的不足,分析了电力系统应急管理的应急管理原理与应急实现原理,并对电力系统应急管理的建设做出了初步的探讨。
This paper describes the characteristics and classification of power system emergency, describes the status of power system emergency management, point out the shortcomings of power system emergency management, analysize the power system emergency management principles and corresponding implementation principle, preliminary discussing the power system emergency management construction.
