摘要
某港埠公司M16-25门机的两个电缆卷筒安装位置不佳,容易发生船舶碰撞事故,其减速器与电动机之间也时常发生链条脱落、断开故障和导缆滑轮卡死现象,经过改变安装位置、重新选择电缆卷筒等改造,消除了设备存在的安全隐患,提高了运行性能,降低了维修费用。
As for M16-25 Gantry Crane in a Port Corporation, the two cable reels installed are not at the right position, which easily causes ship collision accident o The speed reducer and the electric motor often break down, such as ： The chain often oceurrs off or is out of order; the cable pulley failures and choked o After changing the installed position, using a new method to change cable reel and other transformation, we eliminate the existence of the security risks of the equipment, improve the operational performance, and lower the maintenance costs.
