成都市部分居民糖尿病健康管理现状的调查

The Investigation of Health Management Status with Diabetes Patients in Chengdu

目的了解成都市部分居民糖尿病的健康管理情况,对此进行分析和比较,探讨糖尿病的防治对策。方法对2008至2009年期间在四川电力医院健康管理中心进行体检而且资料齐全的32056人进行现况调查。其中男性21588人,女性10468人,平均年龄44.97岁。采用日立全自动生化分析仪7080进行空腹血糖测定,以问卷调查的形式,对资料作描述性和分析性研究得知空腹血糖受损率、糖尿病知晓率和治疗率。结果在32056份调查对象中,空腹血糖受损(IFG)3262人,受损率为10.18%;糖尿病患患者数1789,患病率5.58%;糖尿病患病知晓人数1353人,知晓率75.63%;糖尿病控制人数1137人,糖尿病控制率63.56%;糖尿病控制达标人数582人,糖尿病控制率达标率32.53%。结论成都市部分居民对自身糖尿病的知晓率仍然相对较低,对糖尿病的治疗认识不足,提示在未来的健康管理工作中,应进一步推广糖尿病的筛查和加强健康教育的力度,关注糖尿病的督促,跟踪及随访。这样才能从根本上预防及控制糖尿病及并发症的发生,减少糖尿病对人类的危害。

Objective To investigate of health management status with diabetes mellitus（DM） patients in Chengdu, this analysis and comparison of control strategies to explore diabetes. Methods From 2008 to 2009 in the Health Management Center of our hospital. Complete information on 32,056 people to investigate the current situation. Of which 21,588 were men, 10,468 women, and the average age of 44.97 years old. Hitachi 7080 automatic biochemical analyzer for determination of fasting blood glucose, the form of a questionnaire survey, the data for descriptive and analytical study that the rate of impaired fasting glucose, DM awareness and treatment rate. Result The survey of 32,056 copies, Which impaired fasting glucose （IFG）： 3262 persons, rate of damage 10.18 percent; the number of diabetes prevalence 1789 persons, rate of prevalence 5.58 percent, the number of known DM 1353 persons, and awareness 75.63 percent, the number of DM control 1137 persons, rate of DM control 63.56 percent, the number of DM standard control 582 persons, and the rate of DM standard control 32.53 percent. Conclusion This shows that some residents in Chengdu, their own awareness of DM is still relatively low, and inadequate understanding of DM treatment, suggesting that in the future management of health, should further promote and strengthen the screening of DM health education Infertility, and concern about the supervision of DM, tracking and follow-up. In order to fundamentally prevent and control DM and complications, reduce the harm to human.
