活血化瘀自拟方治疗紫癜性肾炎伴高凝状态46例疗效观察

Studies on the relation between cerebral infarction and blood lipid levels in young adults

目的探讨活血化瘀自拟方对紫癜性肾炎伴高凝状态的临床疗效。方法72例紫癜性肾炎伴高凝状态的患者随机分为2组,观察组46例用活血化瘀自拟方,同时给予西药常规治疗,对照组26例单纯用西药治疗,2组均治疗1个月观察凝血指标的变化。结果治疗组纤维蛋白原(FiB)、D-二聚体(D.dimer)治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<O.01),并且也明显低于对照组治疗后(P<0.01);凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)治疗组治疗后比治疗前明显延长(P<0.05或P<0.01),并且明显优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论加用活血化瘀自拟方能够很好地改善肾病患者的高凝倾向,显示出中药作用的持久性。

Objective To research clinical effeet of traditional herb with activated blood and dissolye stasis on hyper coagulation following Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis. Methods 72 eases of hyper coagulation following Henoch--Sehonlein purpura nephritis were divided into two groups 46 patients in treatment group were treated with combination ofroutine theropy and traditional herb with activated blood and dissolve stasis 26 patients in control group were treated with only routine therapy coagulation indexes were observed in a course of a month in both groups. Results Fib and D-dimerer after treatment were markedly lower than those before treatment in treatment group（P〈0.01） Fib and D-dimer after treatment in treatment group were also markedly lower than those after treatment in controL group（P〈0.01） PT and APTT after treatment were longer than those before treatment in treatment group（P〈0,05 or P〈0.01）,and superior to those after treatment in controJ group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） Conclusion Traditional herb.widl activated blood and dissolve stasis combined with routine therapy could improve trend of hyper coagulation following Henoch---Schonfein purpura nephrtis.
