多孔镍阴极在碱性介质中释氢性能的研究

STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF POROUS NICKEL CATHODE COATINGS FOR HYDROGEN EVOLUTION IN ALKALINE ELECTROLYTE

摘要 本文研究了用电镀法制备的各种多孔镍电极的镍锌含量、lg|i|、电极表面积及其在碱性介质中释氢过电位之间的关系。实验结果表明,用电镀法制得的多孔镍电极释氢过电位明显降低(>200mV),塔菲尔参数a、b值约为平滑镍电极的1/2,电极表面涂层是分散均匀的多晶微粒。 In this paper,the relation between hydrogen evolution overpotential and the content of nickel or zinc,surface area of electrodes, and log |i| of porous nickel cathodes prepared by electrodeposition have been studied.The results showed that the hydrogen evolution overpotential of porous nickel cathodes decreased obviously(> 200mV)as compared with smooth nickel electrode.Both a and b of Tafel parameters of porous nickel electrodes were half as much asthat of smooth nickel electrode under the same condition:Furthermore,the polycrystal grains dispersed uniformly on the electrodes surface was observed by using scanning electron microscope.
