FDFCC-Ⅲ技术在洛阳石化催化裂化装置改造中的应用

摘要 为了适应多产丙烯和降低汽油烯烃含量的需要,2008年中国石化洛阳分公司对2号催化装置实施了FDFCC-Ⅲ(双提升管催化裂化)技术改造,并于2009年5月20日将原料切换为全加氢蜡油。改造主要内容为:应用新型预提升、高效进料喷嘴、粗旋-单级软连接等多项新技术,新增副分馏塔,采用新型高效浮阀塔盘,对反应-再生系统和产品分馏系统进行改造。改造基本达到了预期目标(采用加氢原料):①原料和操作条件达到了FDFCC-Ⅲ技术的要求;②液化气收率、总液体收率、丙烯收率分别提高了7.02、8.39、4.16个百分点,干气产率降低了1.79个百分点;③粗汽油改质后,汽油硫含量由0.066%降至0.042%,烯烃含量由36.56%降至12.32%,辛烷值(ROM)由83提高到了87;④装置能耗从63kg标油/t原料降至55kg标油/t原料,催化剂单耗从0.8kg/t原料降至0.6kg/t原料。 To increase the production of propylene and reduce the content of olefin in gasoline,SINOPEC Lu- oyang Company introduced flexible dual-riser fluid catalytic cracking (FDFCC) technology-Ⅲ in its catalytic unit No.2 and switched the feedstock to the unit to fully hydrogenated wax oil on May 20,2009.The contents of the upgrade are summarized as follows:introducing new technologies such as new-typed high-effi- ciency pre-riser feed nozzles and rough-cut single-stage flexible connections,adding secondary fractionating tower,introducing new-type high-efficiency valve trays and upgrading the reaction-regeneration system and the product fractionating system.The upgrade basically achieved designed objectives (using hydrogenated feed stock) : ①feedstock and operating conditions met the specifications for FDFCC-Ⅲ technology;②the yields of LPG, total liquids and propylene increased by 7.02% ,8.39% and 4.16% respectively and the yield of dry gas dropped by 1.79%;③after the upgrade of raw gasoline,the content of sulfur in gasoline dropped to 0.042% from 0.066% ,that of olefin dropped to 12.32% from 36.56% and ROM rose to 87 from 83; ④the energy con- sumption of the unit dropped to 55kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock from 63kg of oil equivalent and the unit consumption of catalysts dropped to 0.6kg per ton of feedstock from 0.Skg per ton of feedstock.
