摘要
2008年,为了提高经济效益,中国石油辽阳石化公司炼油厂160×104t/a延迟焦化装置在加工俄罗斯渣油的基础上,开始混炼委内瑞拉渣油。初步加工方案为:俄罗斯渣油与委内瑞拉渣油的混炼比例为3:2;加热炉辐射段出口温度F101A为493℃,F101C为491℃;循环比为0.25;焦炭塔操作压力为0.2MPa左右;采用"两炉四塔"进行生产,单炉辐射段进料量为72~76t/h。为了防治弹丸焦,对运行参数进行了调整:将混炼比例由3:2调整为4:1;将加热炉出口温度降低1℃;及时调整辐射炉管的注水量,保证焦炭塔空塔线速度不大于0.15m/s。经过调整,延迟焦化装置石油焦产率增加了3.46个百分点,石油焦质量达到SH0527—1992《延迟石油焦(生焦)》3B标准的要求,柴油馏程和硫含量达到下游加氢精制装置对原料的要求,装置运行工况良好,各项工艺参数运行稳定。
In order to maximize economic returns,PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company's refinery be- gan to blend Russian residual oil with Venezuelan residual oil in its 160×108t/a delayed coking unit in 2008.The initial processing plan was:blending Russian residual oil with Venezuelan residual oil at a ratio of 3-2;the temperature at the outlet of the radiation section of the heating furnace F101A was 493℃ and F101C 491℃;the recycle ratio was 0.25;the operating pressure of the coking tower was around 0.2MPa;us- ing "two-furnace,four-tower" production process and the single-furnace feeding rate at the radiation section was 72-76t/h.To prevent the production of shot coke ,technicians modified the operational parameters :changing the blending ratio to 4-1 from 3-2;reducing the temperature at the outlet of the heating furnace by 1℃; Timely adjusting the volume of water injected into the radiation furnace tube to ensure the superficial linear velocity of the coking tower is not greater than 0.15m/s.After the adjustment,the productivity of petroleum coke of the delayed coking unit increased by 3.46% ,the quality of petroleum coke produced meets the SH 0527--1992 Delayed Petroleum Coke (Green Coke) 3B standards and the distillation range of diesel oil and sulfur content meet the requirements of downstream hydrogenation refining units on feedstock.The unit operat- ed very well.All technical parameters were stable.
