摘要 汽油辛烷值促进剂异丁烯基酰胺异庚酯T1109,具有低毒、无污染、无特殊异味、添加成本低、添加量小、添加工艺简单、适用范围广等优点,在常温下为绿色或黄色油状透明液体,密度为960kg/m3,凝点不高于-35℃,沸点为(195±5)℃,在室温和低温(-35℃)下可与汽油混溶。T1109的主要成分为异丁烯基酰胺异庚酯,该组分具有的极性和非极性基团可改善汽油在汽油机中的燃烧特性,从而提高汽油的辛烷值。评价试验表明:采用T1109进行调制,可使直馏汽油和催化汽油的RON、MON、抗爆指数分别提高4.1、5.2、4.6个单位和3.1、0.9、2.0个单位;可有效提高汽油的氧化安定性和汽油机的动力特性;添加T1109改进后的车用汽油可达到GB17930—2006《车用汽油》等标准的要求,与空白汽油相比,汽油机排放尾气中的CO、碳氢化合物可平均下降18.57%、10.36%,NOx平均上升8.52%。 Gasoline octane number promoter Tl109 (isobutenylamide isoheptylester) has many benefits.Com- pared with other products ,it is less toxic ,environmentally friendly and free of special odor.The product has a wide range of applications.The cost of introducing it is low,its dosage required is small,and the method of using it is simple.At atmospheric temperatures,it is green or yellow oily transparent liquid,its density is 960kg/m3,its freezing point is not higher than -35℃ and boiling point is (195±5)℃ and it is miscible with gasoline at room and low temperatures (-35℃).The main composition of T1109 is isobutenylamide isohep- tylester,whose polarity and non-polarity groups can improve the combustion properties of gasoline in gasoline engines,therefore increasing the octane number of gasoline.Assessment experiments show:the use of Tl109 can raise the RON,MON and anti-knock index of straight-run gasoline and cat gasoline by 4.1,5.2 and 4.6 u- nits and 3.1,0.9 and 2.0 units respectively;the product can effectively improve the oxidation stability of gasoline as well as the dynamic characteristics of gasoline engines;auto gasoline with T1109 additive meets GB 17930-2006 Automobile Gasoline standards and compared with gasoline without additives,the contents of CO and hydrocarbon in the exhaust from the engines using such gasoline drop by 18.57% and 10.36% on average and NOx rises by 8.52%.
