论民办高校安全稳定工作的对策

Retrospect and prospect of the security defending work of non-governmental colleges in Shaanxi

稳定工作是一个社会发展的基础,没有一个安定的社会环境,人们就得不到基本的安全保障,就谈不上经济发展和社会进步。就抓好民办高校安全稳定工作,提出了落实"一个方针";贯彻"两个理念";构建"三个抓手"的举措。必须增强危机意识,必须突出师生主体地位,必须提高统筹能力,为民办高校"持续、健康、协调、快速"的发展提供良好环境。

Stability is the foundation of a society for development. Without a stable social environment, people couldn＇ t get basic security, not to mention the development of their economy and the advancementof their society. This paper provides some measures to improve the security work in nongovernmental colleges. Besides, it points out that the colleges should have the sense of crisis, encouraging teachers and students work together against any crisis so that the non-governmental colleges could develop in a sustainable, healthy, coordinated and rapid way under better situations.
