针刺液门穴治疗急性腰扭伤80例

80 acuting disease cases of wrist twested cure by acupuncting the point of Yemen（SJ2）

目的：探索在临床实践中针刺液门穴加转体运动治疗急性腰扭伤疗效。方法：患者取坐姿，交叉取穴，手臂平放，手掌握拳半放松，毫针顺掌骨间隙刺入1．5-2寸，透穴中渚……取手少阳三焦经荥（水）穴液门，透穴该经之输（木）穴中渚，加强了消除神经性水肿、通络止痛的功效。结果：共取80例，治愈56例，治愈率达82．5％。结论：该疗法有取穴少，显效快，一次性治愈率高的特点。

purpose： to study the Acupuncture Yemen（SJ2）and turn bodyexercise to cure the acute disease case of wrist twisted.Method： the patient sat and alter touch the acupuncture points, armsleveling hand fist naturally, using the Penetration hole method thefilform needle thrust in 1.5 to 2 inch to Zhongzhu（SJ3）follow the gap of palm bone ,the filiform needle from the Sanjiao Meridian of Hand-Shaoyang,through the point of SJ. Ying-Spring（Water）,Yemen（SJ2）,till points of Shu-Stream and Zhongzhu（SJ3）by the way of Penetration hole,more effective for abate amgioneurotiec edema pain.Result： cured 56 in totally 80 case,the cure rate reached 82.5 % .Conclusion： using less acupuncture points and quick effective with higher cure rate.
