穴位贴敷对促进产后乳汁分泌的临床观察

目的：探讨穴位贴敷对产后促进乳汁分泌的效果，以使新生儿能得到及时充足的母乳喂养。方法：将2008年1月-2009年3月将自然分娩的225例初产年妇随机分为实验组106例和对照组119例。实验组产后30分钟在婴儿早吸吮的基础上给予通乳散在乳根穴贴敷，对照组产后30分钟指导婴儿早吸吮。结果：两组在产后乳量、泌乳时间提前、奶量充足、减轻新生儿黄疸方面差异有显著意义。结论：通乳散乳根穴穴位贴敷对减轻新生儿黄疸、产后乳量提前及促进乳汁分泌方面效果确切。
