摘要
20世纪60年代之后苏联西伯利亚的加速开发,创造了在社会主义条件下区域开发的成功典范,回顾其开发历程,劳动力缺乏及资金短缺是最突出的两个困难,其问题的解决不仅决定了开发的成败,更对众多国家进行区域开发提供了有益思考,值得学习和借鉴。
After 1960s,the development of Siberia created the successful model of regional development in socialist conditions.Reviewed the process of development,labor and capital shortage are the most prominent two difficulties,however,solutions not only decide success or failure of exploitation,but also provide beneficial thoughts for the regional development of many countries,development provides beneficial thinking,and learn from it.
