扬子石化公司PTA装置的扩容改造

THE TRANSFORMATION AND CAPACITY EXPANSION OF PTA UNIT IN YANGTZE PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY

扬子PTA装置是70年代末引进的，虽是国内最大的PTA装置，但与世界上发达国家的装置相比，无论在规模或技术水平上都存在不小的差距。在分析了装置的现状的条件下，对该装置进行了扩容改造，并取得了成功，使装置的生产能力提高了30％，单耗和能耗均有一定程度的降低。

PTA unit in Yangtze Petrochemical Company was introduced in the late seventies. Although itsscale was the largest in China, there was still a wide gap existed in both scale and technical level compared with PTA units in developed countries worldwide. According to the analysis of existing conditions, a project for the transformation and capacity expansion of this unit was implemented successfully. Through this project, capacity of the unit increased by 30% and both raw material and energyconsumption decreased in a certain extent.
