替考拉宁治疗重症监护病房革兰阳性菌重症感染临床报道

Teicoplanin on Patients with Severe Infection in ICU

目的评价替考拉宁治疗重症监护病房（ICU）革兰阳性菌所致重症感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法共完成30例临床病例观察，替考拉宁400mg加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，1次／24h，疗程7～10d。结果30例病例观察痊愈率为70．oo％，有效率为83．33％，细菌清除率为86．67％，不良反应发生率为6．67％。结论调查结果表明替考拉宁治疗革兰阳性菌所致重症感染是安全、有效的。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of teieoplanin on the patients with severe infection in ICU. METHODS Thirty cases were observed and the dosage of drug was 400mg once a day for injection. The duration of the treatment was 7-10 days. RESULTS The total cure rate was 70. 0%, the total response was 83.33%, and the bacterial clearance rate was 86.67%. CONCLUSIONS Teicoplanin is both effective and safe for patients with severe infection in ICU.
