摘要
阐述了北京设计院计算机网络的建设原则及该院网络的特点，以及建网后的应用效果。指出设计院建网不但要考虑当前应用，而且要结合长远发展，特别要注意建网后的效益。因此，在建网的同时就要规划出设计院的应用集成系统，并且要加速开发进程。
The paper introduces the construction principle and characteristics of Beijing Design Institute's (BDI) computer network and its application effects after construction; points out that network construction should take into account not only the current use,but also the long term development,especially attention should be paid to the benefits after its construction.So at the same time, the integrated application system in design institutes should be well planned and the development course should be accelerated.
