Research on ERP Selection Based on AHP and FACE

通过对基于AHP-FACE法的ERP选型进行了探索性研究,系统地阐述了AHP-FACE法ERP选型的科学性,介绍了层次分析法的原理,分析了FACE法各评价指标的含义,并以此建立了层次模型。应用德尔菲法构建判断矩阵,采用yaahp层次分析法进行研究,不难发现,企业实施ERP涉及到从管理到运营、从领导到基层的方方面面,其高度的复杂性是企业难以回避的问题,一招不慎,满盘皆输。面对如此复杂的工程,要保证其成功必须认真对待每一个环节,而其中ERP选型更是对ERP实施的成败起着无可替代的决定性作用;科学的方法是成功进行ERP选型的关键。

Based on exploratory research on ERP selection of AHP-FACE, this paper systematically explores its scientific value, introduces the principle of analytic hierarchy process, analyzes the meaning of all evaluating indicators of FACE, and establishes hierarchy model. By applying Delphi method to build judgment matrix and yaabp analytic hierarchy, this paper finds out that ERP involves all aspects of the enterprises from management to operation, from leaders to basic levels, its highly complexity is an unavoidable problem, so one careless move will lose the whole game. To face this complicated project, we should concern every link for success, while the ERP selection plays vital role to implementation of ERP, and scientific method is the key to success on ERP selection.
