On Competitiveness and Sustainable Development of the Circulation Industry in China

摘要 本文认为,流通竞争力是一个国家竞争力的重要组成部分。流通竞争力可以分为微观和宏观两个层次,微观层面的流通竞争力主要包括流通企业的竞争力和企业的流通竞争力;宏观层面的流通竞争力主要体现在如何在国际竞争中拥有重要商品的定价权、渠道网络的控制权,从而赢得国家竞争优势。文章提出,流通产业可持续发展的关键就是在国际竞争的背景下提升流通竞争力。从某种意义上讲,流通竞争力在国家之间的竞争中显得尤为必要,必须基于竞争优势的原则不断提升我国流通竞争力,牢牢握住流通渠道的主导权和控制权,与此相适应的是必须彻底根除"重生产、轻流通"的观念。文章强调,从微观层面看,流通企业提高竞争力需要切实转变盈利模式,从单纯的价格竞争转变为渠道的合作竞争以及服务竞争,从分享价值转变为创造价值。从宏观层面看,一是大力发展民间经营,二是大力发展规模经营,三是大力发展文明经营,并通过制度和技术的创新全面促进流通竞争力的提高,从而实现流通产业的可持续发展。 The competitiveness of circulation is one of the important components of national competitiveness. The author argues that the key for the sustainable development of the circulation industry is to promote the competitiveness of circulation in the light of international competition. In a sense, competitiveness of circulation is of great significance for competition among countries and we have to continually improve China's competitiveness of circulation based on our competitive advantages,and to have the initiative in controlling on the channel of circulation and eradicate the idea of "paying more attention to production but less attention to circulation". The author also emphasizes that the circulation enterprises should change their mode of profit gaining, from competing with each other only in prices to channel cooperative competition and competition in service, from value sharing to value creation. To realize the sustainable development of the circulation industry,we should develop the non-government operation, the scale operation and civilized operation, and promote the improvement of circulation competitiveness in an all round way by the institutional and technological innovation.
