The Analysis on the Cost and Profit for the Production of Rapeseed in China

我国是世界菜籽和菜油第一大生产国和消费国,菜油消费总量占世界的1/4,占我国植物油消费量近20%,菜籽和菜油的生产与消费在国际、国内市场地位都非常突出。本文通过对我国油菜籽的生产成本分析和收益分析,提出了我国油菜籽生产健康发展对策,即推进规模化种植,提高机械化水平,加大扶持和投入力度,完善投资机制,强化成本收益核算。

As the world biggest country for the production and consumption of rapeseed and rapeseed oil, China＇s consumption of rapeseed oil is accounting for one fourth of the world consumption and 20% of the total consumption of vegetable oil in China. So, the production and consumption of rapeseed and rapeseed oil is in an priority position in both the international and domestic market. With the help of an analysis on the cost and profit of China＇s rapeseed production, the author puts forward some countermeasures on how to promote the sound development of rapeseed production in China, namely promoting the scaled planning, improving the level of mechanization, giving more support and investment, improving the mechanism for investment, and strengthening accounting of cost and profit.
