摘要
以苏南某幼儿园的两次办园体制改革为基础,本研究对该园园长在改制前后的工作、生活等进行了个案跟踪与叙事。结果显示:在体制变迁中,幼儿教师在依附政府决策的同时,也进行了多种形式的反抗。政府变卖幼儿园本质是对教师劳动的社会贡献力的忽视。
This research describes the teachers＇ reformations of X-kindergarten. It shows teacher＇s real kindergarten is to cancel the compensation of the teachers life and work changes during twice ownership reaction when facing the reformations. Selling the ＇ contribution to community.
