摘要
常态课不仅能真实地反映出教师常态下的教育教学水平及其教育理念,而且也决定了幼儿园教育教学质量的高低。教研活动关注常态课教学,能够有效促进教师专业发展。在研讨常态课时,教师首先需要悬置自身有关教学活动的各种价值预设和判断,以便全面的描述和发现问题;其次,教师们要在观摩活动结束后,通过深度汇谈的方式进一步聚焦和分析问题,发现问题的本质;最后,教师应对研讨活动中涌现出来的各种教育价值观进行批判和反思,以促进教师获得理念上的提升,让常态课中的"问题"真正成为教研活动的支点,引领教师专业成长。
The normal course not only reflects the level of teaching and the teacher's education idea, but also determines the quality of teaching in kindergarten. We should make the normal course as the focus of the teaching research activities for promoting the teachers' professional development. In this article, we think firstly teachers should suspend their value assumption and judgment about teaching activities. Secondly, teachers should focus and analyze further problems through deeply dialogue. Finally, teachers need to criticize and reflect various education values to promote their idea and professional development.
