示范性幼儿园在整个幼儿园教育体系中具有标杆和导向作用,因此其教育教学理念和体系常会为其他幼儿园所学习和借鉴。鉴于管理伦理已成为当前幼儿园管理中的一个热点,示范性幼儿园更应主动追求管理的伦理效益,方能进一步提高其管理效能,彰显其示范性作用。为此,示范性幼儿园应建立扁平化的组织管理结构,采取多种方式促进教师利用案例分析对相关伦理问题进行价值澄清,并对教师实施多元化的评价。

The demonstration kindergarten plays an important role in the whole system ot the kindergarten education. Because the managerial ethic has been the hot topic of kindergarten management, the demonstration kindergarten should practice managerial ethic in order to promote its managerial effectiveness and show its demonstration value. We think that the demonstration kindergarten could achieve its goals of managerial ethic through setting up the fiat structure of organization management, clarifying the value of ethic problems in kindergarten management by analysis of cases, and carrying on the muti-evaluation on teachers.
