医院感染横断面调查变化趋势分析

Changing Trends in Nosocomial Infection:Cross Section Investigation

目的分析医院感染横断面调查结果的变化趋势,为提高医院感染管理水平提供科学依据。方法对医院2003、2006、2008年医院感染横断面调查结果进行比较分析。结果2008年医院感染现患率为0.62%,与2003年的医院感染现患率3.56%和2006年的医院感染现患率3.37%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3年抗菌药物使用率有所降低(P<0.01);预防用药率有所上升(P<0.01);主要经血传播病毒携带情况无变化,差异无统计学意义。结论医院感染控制工作取得一定成效,仍需加强预防用药管理。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the cross section investigation of the changing trends in our nosocomial infection, and provide scientific data for the surveillance of nosocomial infection. METHODS The the cross section investigation on nosocomial infection results in the years of 2003, 2006 and 2008 were compared and analyzed. RESULTS The prevalence rate of infection was 0. 62 % in the year of 2008, which had significant difference compared with that in the years of 2003 （3. 56%） and 2006 （3.37%） gradually （P〈0.01）. the usage rate of antimicrobial agents dropped fall （P〈0.01）. The preventive usage rate of antimicrobial increased （P〈0.01） ;The spread trend through blood transmission was without change and there was without significant difference. CONCLUSIONS Nosocomial infection control work in our hospital has made considerable achievements. Management should be further strengthened for rational use of antirnicrobials.
