酸性氧化电位水用于婴儿暖箱表面消毒的效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究酸性氧化电位水对婴儿暖箱表面的消毒效果。方法随机抽取新生儿病房内的婴儿暖箱表面样本76份,使用酸性氧化电位水对婴儿暖箱表面擦拭消毒,作用3 min,采用现场采样评价的RODAC法对消毒前后标本进行细菌学检测,并用对数值判定。结果婴儿暖箱表面消毒前后杀灭对数为2.20,杀灭对数值>1,判定为消毒合格,符合《消毒技术规范》的要求。结论使用酸性氧化电位水对婴儿暖箱表面进行消毒,杀菌迅速、高效、环保、安全,适用于婴儿暖箱的表面消毒。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) surface disinfection on the infant incubators. METHODS The surface of infant incubators in the neonatal ward was disinfected by EOW for 3min.Bacteriological tests were made before and after disinfection in selected randomized samplings. The detection methods of field sampling, RODAC, were used. The results were judged with logarithm value. RESULTS The germicidal logarithm value before and after disinfection on the surface of infant incubators was 2.20, more than 1, regarding as eligible disinfection. The total amount of bacteria on infant incubators surface was conformed to the Standards of Disinfection Techniques. CONCLUSIONS Applying EOW to disinfect the surface of infant incubators can reach the National standards completely and has some advantages such as strong germicidal activity, being safer and beneficial for environment. The surface of infant incubators later can be more cleaner and clearer and eliminate some dirt which is difficult to be removed after disinfection. Thus, EOW is appropriate to be used on the surface of infant incubators.
