Introducing Concept of CV to Analyse the Differentiation of Library Clients of Various Levels

为分析不同层次用户对信息利用和服务的需求,将用户群根据学术水平分成三个层次,主要采用问卷的方式进行用户调查。调查结果采用生物统计学中的变异系数(CV)概念来反映三个层次的科研用户群的差异情况并进行了比较分析。

In order to realize the client need of information using and service, we split the users into 3 groups, of which each group represent a academic level, to investigate using Questionnaire method. The result of differentiation in 3 groups is analyzed by coefficient of variation compareing.
