摘要
行动研究是目前学术界流行的一种注重解决外语教学实践问题的研究方法。本文首先阐述了行动研究的产生、发展以及在外语教学中的应用,接着从两个平台构建、大学英语教师自我发展之路及学习型组织建设等四个方面论述了大学英语教师开展教育行动研究的意义。
Action research is one of research methods popular in the current academic circle, which focuses on solving the problems in the foreign language teaching. The article first introduces the origin and development of action research, as well as its application to foreign language teaching. Then it states the meaning of college teachers carrying out action research from four respects： the construction of two stages, the route of college English teachers＇ self-development and the building of learning community.
