摘要
低速降压涡轮配以空心轴的流量调节装置,可以降低涡轮钻具的工作转速,更好地配合牙轮钻头在较低的转速下工作。介绍了其工作原理、试验装置、试验流程及所测各项参数;试验了环流系数为11时的低速降压涡轮配以分流喷嘴内径为0、20、30和35mm4种不同的工况。试验在每种工况下保持流量不变,为便于数据分析,保持4种工况下的制动转矩基本相同。试验表明,195型涡轮在分流喷嘴内径不大于30mm时,确实起到了降低涡轮工作转速和增大扭矩储备的作用。
In turbodrilling, flow control can be realized by using turbine of high circulation coefficient with hollow spindle. The principle of flow control, relevant test devices, test procedure and paraineters measured are intnduced. Working condi-tions of the test include, circulation coefficient: 11, inside diameters of turbine spindle: 0m, 20mm, 30mm and 35mm, and the flow rate is kept constant and the braking torque moment is identical under the above-mentioned working conditions. The result of the test shows that, by using 195 turbine with hollow spindle of 30mm or less ID, the rotary speed of the turbine can he reduced and the working torque can be decleased.
