摘要
为有效地减小油田注水系统无用功能耗,需对注水系统实行节能优化控制。简述了注水系统节能优化控制方案的确定。在分析注水站单站优化与注水系统优化关系的基础上,提出了将注水系统优化控制简化成单站局部优化控制的构想。介绍了注水站节能优化的典型应用,选择静态优化控制的方法,利用多层曲线拟合方法对注水站建模,确定了多泵优化控制的步进搜索方案。给出了实用的在线节能优化控制系统,包括优化控制的主要硬件系统和软件系统。
To reduce energy consumption of oilfield water flooding system, the optimum control of energy saving of the water flooding system need to be carried out. The scheme for the optimum control is determined. Based on an analysis of the relationship between the optimum control of a single water flooding station and the water flooding system, it is proposed simplifying the optimum control of the water flooding system into the optimum control of water flooding stations. Typical application of power sating optimization of water flooding stations is introduced. The water flooding station is modelled by adopting static optimum control and using multiple stage curve fitting methed. A step searching plan for optimum control of multiple pumps is determined. And a practical on-line optimum control system for energy saving is presented, includ-ing principal hardware and software systems.
