摘要
采用三相碱性电弧炉熔炼加喷吹Si-Ca粉精炼技术,获得了油田采油井口用铸钢件阀体材料ZG35CrMo(M)。ZG35CrMo(M)与ZG35CrMo相比,两者所含含金元素一致,成分范围基本相同,但ZG35CrMo(M)内有害元素S、P及气体H、O、N含量比ZG35CrMo有较大幅度下降,分别为S、P≤0.015%,H、O≤50ppm、N≤70ppm。试验研究结果表明,ZG35CrMo(M)的力学性能比ZG35CrMo有较大的提高,抗H_2S应力腐蚀性能及焊接性能良好。用ZG35CrMo(M)铸造的32只阀体经海洋平台实际使用,各项性能良好,能很好地满足实际需要。
ZG35CrMo(M) for oil production wellhead valve boy is obtained by using are furnace melt and injection refining technique. ZG35CrMo(M) has the same alloy elements and elemental compositions as ZG35CrMo, but impurity elements in ZG35CrMo(M) are considerably lower than that in ZG35CrMo, i. e. S, P ≤0. 015%, H, O≤ 50ppm, N ≤70ppm.Test results show that, ZG35CrMo(M) has better mechanical properties and cormsion resistance in H_2S medium and good welding perfornance. The valve whies made of ZG35CrMo(M) are qualified for use on offshore platfoms.
