摘要
针对油水井大修过程中井口没有可靠的密封装置，许多高效率的工艺无法正常实施的问题，胜利石油管理局采油工艺研究院研制出一种能可靠密封旋转钻具和油套环空的XZ-11－05型旋转防喷器。这种旋转防喷器采用新型材料胶心及独特的内部和外部结构，具有安装使用简单、胶心更换容易等特点。给出了防喷器的主要结构参数和性能参数，介绍了工作原理与结构特点，总结了现场的应用效果。实践表明，XZ-11-05型旋转防喷器旋转平稳，过接箍性能良好，能可靠密封方钻杆。
In the light of the status that high-efficiency technologies cannot be carried out owing to no reliable wellhead sealing device during workover of wells, Model XZ-11-05 rotating blowout preventer, which can seal reliably the rotary drilling tools and tubing-casing annulus, is developed. This BOP, adopts new sealing element material and unique internal and external structure, and is characterized by simple installation and operation and the sealing elements can be replaced easily. The main structural and performance parameters of the BOP are given, its working principle and design feature are introduced, and the field service effect is summarized. Practice shows that Medel XZ-11-05 BOP runs smoothly and reliably.
