摘要
顶部驱动钻井装置在陆地石油钻机上的推广前景广阔。陆地钻机钻井周期短，拆装、搬迁频繁，而且并深范围大，因此顶驱装置必须易于安装和拆卸，重量要轻，其功率和输出扭矩应满足不同并深范围的要求。为了利用陆地钻机现有井架安装顶驱装置，要尽可能缩小顶驱的横截面尺寸，降低主体部分的高度。我国第一台预驱装置已应用于钻深6000m的沙漠钻机上，在塔里木轮古1号准水平井的试用中，成功地处理了多起卡钻和蹩钻事故。该并完钻井深5590m，最大井斜71．5°，水平位移462m。
The appliation of top drive drilling unit on land rigs will be popular in the near future. To use on a land rig, the top drive drilling unit must be easy to install and dismount with light weight and its power and torque output must satisfy the requirements of various well depths. To install the top drive drilling unit on the existing drilling derricks, the size of the cross section of the unit should be designed as small as possible) and the height of the main body should be reduced. The first top drive drilling unit developed in China was used on a desert rig for driling a horizontal hole in Tarim. By using the unit, several troubles in drilling have been dealt with successfully. The well is drilled with a depth of 5590m, maxi-mum deviation angle of 71. 5° and horizontal displacement of 462m.
