阿尔茨海默病发病机制中突触病理及突触囊泡内吞蛋白的改变 被引量:8

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是常见于老年人的中枢神经系统退行性变疾病,以进行性认知功能障碍为主要临床表现。由β淀粉样肽(β-amyloid peptide,Aβ)沉积形成的老年斑(senile plaques,SP)、高度磷酸化Tau蛋白聚集形成的神经原纤维缠结(neurofibrllary tangles,NFTs)及神经元丢失构成AD脑组织中典型的神经病理学改变。
