高温陶瓷过滤器的冷态试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对几种不同滤料的过滤性能进行了对比试验和筛选。以微孔陶瓷为滤料进行了单管和三管过滤试验,研究了脉冲喷吹清灰系统的结构及主要参数对清灰能力的影响。试验研究表明,合理选择运转参数可以实现长期稳定的过滤;按管排顺序喷吹清灰有利于保持过滤的平稳操作。当某排滤管用脉冲喷吹清灰时,非喷吹管排的滤管受其影响同样有较强的清灰能力。这些结果对合理设计高温陶瓷过滤器及深入研究多层多排陶瓷滤管的过滤性能有重要价值。 The experiments on one candle and three candles ceramic filters were carried out, and the effects of structures and major parameters of a pulse cleaning system on capacity of cleaning dust are studied. The following conclusions can be obtained: (1) The long term and stable filtration can be achieved by choosing proper operating parameters. (2) Pulse cleaning on the filter candles in order is helpful for stable filtration. (3) When a filter candle is pulse cleaned, other candles can be cleaned because of the interaction. These conclusions are valuable to design hot gas ceramic filter and study on the performance of multi row and multi level ceramic filter candles.
