摘要
为进行深井破岩机理的研究,进行了深井破岩试验装置和高压三维测力传感器的设计研制。前者可在模拟不同井深(0~5000m)的压力条件下进行单齿或钻头破岩试验以及岩石力学参数的试验,后者可直接置于高压水介质中工作200多小时,从而解决了高压测力传感器的关键技术问题——防水问题。
In order to research the mechanism of rock breakage,a rock breakage testing system and load sensor for deep wells are developed.The testing system can simulate downhole pressure conditions (as equivalent pressures at 0 to 5000m) to carry out the rock breakage test with a single cutter or a bit and to measure the rock mechanical parameters The load sensor, a high pressure transducer for 3D measurement,can put into a high pressure vessel A water proof problem with sensor has been solved,which allows it to work in high pressure water for 200 hours and more.
