摘要
本试验测定了佛罗里达侧耳与鲍鱼菇以及佛罗里达侧耳与香菇原生质体融合处理后生长的菌丝体及其亲本的酯酶、过氧化物酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、醇脱氢酶、山梨醇脱氢酶和葡萄糖脱氢酶7种同工酶。结果表明佛罗里达侧耳与香菇原生质体融合生长的菌丝体多种酶谱与两亲本均有明显区别。佛罗里达侧耳与鲍鱼菇原生质体融合后长出有黑色分生孢子和无分生孢子的两个菌丝体株系,前者酶谱与双亲本差异大于后者。
Est. , POD, MDH, LDH, ADH, SDH and GDH isozymes in mycelium following protoplast fusion of P. florida, P. ablonus and Lentinus edodes were determined. The primary results show that the zymograms of CF were obviously different from that of their both parents, the zymograms of AF_2 were more different than AF_3 from that of their parents.
