摘要
运用传热学中的有限元法,计算了钢制制动盘表面温度及温度分布,并在MM-1000摩擦磨损实验机上对钢与石棉和半金属摩擦材料组成的制动摩擦副进行了实验研究。计算结果表明,在实验研究条件下,当制动摩擦温度处于稳定状态后,制动盘表面温度可达1000℃以上,而且与对偶所用的摩擦材料有关。与散热能力强的半金属摩擦材料配副时,制前盘表面温度低。可测部位的测定值、制动后钢的热震开裂和组织变化均表明,实验结果与计算值基本一致。
The surface temperature and temperature distribution on steel brake disc are calculated by finite element methed.The brake pails made with steel, asbistus and semi-metal friction material are tested on MM - 1000 tester. Calculated re-sult showe that, under the given test condition, the suiface temperature on the disc is higher than lant after the brakefoction temperature is stable, and it is related to the fliction material. The surfoce temperature on the brake disc is lowwhen the sethe-metal with high heat sinking capability is taken as counterpart. The measured value, the mal cracking andchange of ndcrosmicture on the wom disc shows that the calculated value is identical with measured value.
