钻速实验方差分析方法

摘要 目的:鉴别钻速实验结果的真伪程度,从而保证所求系数的可靠性。方法:利用钻压释放法和最小二乘法原理,建立一套模型。结果:以川东矿区川岳83井215.9mm井段所采集的三套数据为例求取了有关系数,并对结果进行了方差分析及显著性评价。结论:实例计算表明,本方法准确可靠,对生产现场有很好的适用性。 M(Bit weight extrapolated to zero drilling rate), λ (Rotary speed exponent) and K (Formation drillability factor)are the main factors affecting the drilling rate and also are the essential parameters of optimization drilling. Through five-spot drill-off test and using the minimal two-multiplication principle, this paper set up a model to get these parameters. Then this paper have variance analysis and protuberantability evaluation in the conclusion. Calculation through example proves that this method is accurate and highly effective.
